 Bay Glen Animal Hospital was established in 1990 by Dr. Lisk in the Clear Lake community at the initial location on Pineloch. In 1994, Dr. Lisk and Dr. Janney, who owned his own small animal practice several blocks away, became partners and merged the 2 practices, creating what is now Bay Glen Animal Hospital. Several months later, they added an associate veterinarian to assist with the busy practice. In July of 1997, having outgrown that location, Bay Glen Animal Hospital moved to its present location at 1616 Clear Lake City Blvd. The 6,250 square foot hospital was designed and constructed to be a state-of-the-art medical and surgical facility with intent to serve the Clear Lake and surrounding communities for the next several decades. The hospital staff now includes 4 full time veterinarians and 20+ dedicated, compassionate staff members.
Bay Glen Animal Hospital is an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association.

Bay Glen Animal Hospital works with the local SPCA to assist in spays and neuters for pets adopted from the shelter. We also perform pro bono work for Greyhound Pets of America. Our Doctors participate in a variety of community service activities, such as the HOSA program for local students searching for careers, interviews with students for school projects, and speeches for area school and community organizations. Every year the hospital acts as a sponsor for local area sports teams and school functions as well. We strive to support our community to the best of our ability.
 The Feline Medical Center, a sister facility to Bay Glen Animal Hospital is
devoted exclusively to the care of feline patients. It is the only facility
of its kind in the Bay Area and southeast Houston.
