Dr. Tina Han
Dr. Tina Han entered veterinary medicine as a second career. After graduating with honors from Rice University with an engineering degree, she worked in IT consulting and spent the next 5 years as a management consultant. When she realized that her true calling in life was not implementing ERP systems in large corporations, she settled down in Houston and worked at Reliant Resources while attending school part-time to obtain her prerequisites for veterinary school. This non-traditional background allowed Dr. Han to enter veterinary school with a unique perspective and aided her in excelling in her academic studies.
Dr. Han graduated with top honors from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. She aims to couple compassionate medicine with a logical mind and enjoys spending time with owners to educate them on their pet's health. She recognizes the individual needs of her patients and clients and prides herself on delivering the highest quality medicine. Dr. Han's special interests include internal medicine, imaging, and in particular feline medicine.
Dr. Han calls the Houston Heights home. She shares her 100-year-old bungalow with her husband, two adorable dogs, three beloved cats, and a goldfish named "John Smith". In her free time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, romantic comedies, eating, laughing, and taking naps.
