At Bay Glen Animal Hospital, we believe that you should never have to compromise service in your search for a veterinarian. While top-quality veterinary care should certainly be your first priority, it takes more than just knowledge and technical skill to make a great veterinary hospital team. That is why we are not only committed to providing your pet with the best veterinary care available, but we also pledge to provide you with exceptional customer service.

On your first visit to our veterinary facility, our customer care representatives will greet you at the front desk. You will then be escorted to an exam room by one of our nurses. The nurse will review your pet’s medical history and take your pet’s vitals, and then the veterinarian will go into more detail about any past history or current problems prior to the physical examination of your pet. The medical history portion of the exam/consultation is extremely important as this information helps us understand your companion’s lifestyle and the risk factors, which will determine the preventive health care best suited to his or her needs. Once we learn a few things about you and your pet, the veterinarian will perform a thorough physical examination, communicating any findings to you as they occur so you have ample opportunity to ask questions.

We have provided you the with the option of filling out the new patient information and history form before you come in for your visit. You can download the form, fill it out and bring it to your next appointment. You may also email the Fillable form to us at info@bayglenvet.com.

Appointment Policy

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we like to give every patient our full and undivided and attention; therefore, we operate on an appointment basis. While we do accept walk-ins if time allows, please know that clients with appointments are given priority. Emergencies and critically ill pets sometimes require our immediate attention and, occasionally, delays may occur. We ask for your patience in these situations. Please know that we always do our best to see every appointment on time.

Payment

Unless prior arrangements are made, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept CareCredit®, and we highly recommend Veterinary Pet Insurance to our clients as well.
