Instructions:

• Please do not give any food after 9:00 pm the evening before the procedure. A small amount of water is ok.

• Please check in at 7:30 am the day of the procedure.

* Owners are required to meet with a nurse at check-in to go over anesthetic consent forms.

* A pick-up time can be scheduled at check-in or when contacted by a technician following their pet’s procedure.
